PRIMARY INSTRUCTIONAL EXPERIENCE  
June 1997 – Present: Owner and Chief Instructor of Elite Defense Systems. Managing and teaching over 40 classes weekly through schools in Bloomingdale and Rockford, IL. To date, EDS has had approximately 3,000 students pass through the defensive tactics programs, yielding over 21,000 personal instructional hours.
PROGRAM CREATION AND IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE  
April 2002: Created and implemented a defensive tactics and weapons combat system for the Federal Air Marshals (FAMS) based at O’Hare International Airport, Chicago, IL.
May 2004: Created and implemented a defensive tactics system for Naval personnel at Great Lakes Naval Training Station, North Chicago, IL.
July 2004: Created and implemented a defensive tactics and weapons combat system for the Naval Cadets, Rockford, IL.
April 2010: Created and implemented a defensive tactics, weapons and ground fighting system for the US Army Reserves.
May 2010: Instructed a defensive tactics and weapons defense course for select undercover agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Chicago Division.
February 2012: Created and implemented the new standardized Federal defensive tactics program for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
